UNLOADING

Centrifugal.

UPPER HEAD

Made of bolted components, it embodies the shaft and the chain-pulley assembly (on the chains types) or the shaft-roller group (on the belt types).

ANTI-REVERSE DEVICE

In case of electric failure.

CHAIN DUCTS

Made of multiple, interchangeable components bolted together and assembled on double or single line.

BASE

It embodies the guidance and counterweight group of the chains or of the belt and avails of a wide inspection door for an easier cleaning and maintenance.

BUCKETS

Unique IMISA design for the highest efficiency, heavy duty execution with external reinforcement on three sides.

CHAINS AND HOOKS

High tensil steel with deep casehardening.

RUBBER BELT

Reinforced by textile inserts and available with different types of coating.

DRIVE PULLEYS

In the chain-type units the upper pulleys, inside the head, are sleek (enbloc or compound, according to the type), while the lower pulleys, inside the base, are directly bolted to the tensive roller; in the bolted-type units the upper roller is convex and rubber-coated, while the lower tensile drum, cage-shaped, is featuring an internal biconical slide for a better guide and an efficient self-cleaning of the belt.
